Andy and his entire team were amazingly organized and committed to the removal of and the installation of twelve windows and one bay window in one day...even as the weather presented issues. The new windows are fabulous and no doubt much more energy efficient than our previous 35 year old windows. The attention to installation detail was outstanding. I can't say enough great things about Lombardozzi Construction, from the their sales team and office staff to the installation team!

We got our original 1950s windows replaced by STL Windows and Doors a couple months ago, but it's taken us this long to write a review because we've been trying to think of a way to express how amazing this company is.The quality of the windows is superb. We live close to the interstate, and our new windows now keep about 99% of the sound out. They've kept our house so cool and comfortable over the hot summer. They're so smooth and easy to open and close and pop out to clean. Love, love, love them.The company itself is truly outstanding. From our salesman, Ben, to our team of installers - we couldn't be happier. We came very close to canceling our appointment with Ben because we were so burned out from previous salesmen and their ridiculous pitches (one other local company with a high number of 5-star reviews dropped their quote literally by $5,000 by the end of the day, through repeated phone calls and voicemails and the whole "I talked to my manager and because you're a great couple, this is the deal we can give you" spiel). Ben was a breath of fresh air - respectful, friendly but to the point, answered all our questions, and gave us a very very reasonable quote. He never pushed us to make a decision - just gave us the information and left it up to us to think about. The pricing was right in the range we wanted (a little lower than we expected, actually) and we were so impressed by Ben that we scheduled right away. Though we had to wait several weeks for install, it was 100% worth it.At installation, Tony, Hannah, and Trey showed their intense work ethic and replaced all our windows in one day. They were like machines, ripping out the old windows, cleaning up, putting in the new ones... they made it look easy, though we know it wasn't. They never were annoyed at our questions along the way. By the time they finished, all that was left was our awesome new windows - they did such an incredible job cleaning up, it was like they were never there. They move quickly but quality is not compromised; even the caulk lines are nice and tight. They excel even in the finest details and don't cut corners. Chelsea at the office also is always a delight to speak with.In short, the company not only sells an amazing product, but holds itself to the high standards of customer service and work ethic it was founded on. So happy to support this local, family-owned business!

We had all of our windows and a sliding door replaced. They were able to finish in one day instead of two. Communication throughout the process was great. Anytime I called,, text or emailed they responded quickly. The installers were also great. They answered any questions I had while they were here. Their price point was also better than the competition.

Amazing experience from start to finish! 22 windows plus a new front door installed and we couldn't be happier. Hannah, Tony and Trey were professional and friendly throughout the three day install. They welcomed any questions and left the house very clean at the end of each day. Very pleased with the quality of the windows. They open and close so easily. We cannot brag enough about this company! We had a slider put in where no door was ever there. They did all of the construction and installed the door. With COVID there was a little delay but they kept us notified along the way. They did the complete job in one day. They came prepared and put a tarp up before the heavy rain hit. Pulled their truck into the carport and continued to plug away. Wonderful people, quality product, excellent workmanship and had to hug them when they left! Can’t say enough about them!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Pick up the phone and call to schedule an estimate. You will not be disappointed! We could not be happier with our new windows from STL Windows and Doors. From our estimate with Rob, to our install with Tony, the entire process was so easy with zero pressure on their end. Best of all, our windows look AMAZING! We actually had measurements taken for the rest of our windows, which we plan to do this fall!

I was very happy with the customer service and the fabulous work done by this company. We had a sliding door that was leaking and they came in and put in a whole new sliding door. The old one we had was not put in correctly and was difficult to open and this one they installed was perfect! Their employees are very friendly and the work they do is beautiful! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new door. And I love that it's a local St. Louis company, I love supporting local businesses. A great company to work with.

Working with Stl Windows and Doors was EASY - from picking the doors to installation. We had 2 sliding doors replaced and a storm door added. The sales team was great to work with and offered great options. During the installation, I was working from home and could barely tell that anything was being installed. Andy and his team are first class in every way. After bids from several other window companies, the decision was clear to use STL Windows and Doors. Andy was honest and sincere during the sales process giving us the peace of mind we needed to place the order. We had STL Windows and Doors install a new patio door (where there used to be nothing but solid drywall) and a new kitchen window. The work that they did was fantastic! We LOVE how everything looks and STL Windows and Doors was so easy to work with. Their owner came out and explained everything to us and the whole team was incredibly friendly. We are very pleased with not only the quality of the door and the work performed, but of the people we came in contact with. The sales rep didn't try to push us to buy the door. He showed asked what we were looking for, showed us what STL Windows and Doors offered, and explained what made their doors quality doors. We could tell that he backed the product 1000% without being pushy or fake. The installation was smooth as well. The installers even tolerated our dog trying to help and love on them! I love that this is a local family company that takes great pride in their product and service.

Needed new windows for the front of the house. Researched a ton and got three bids from various installers and brands. Decided on STL Windows and Doors based on their great reviews and the reviews for the Provia Endure windows. I am very happy to say that it was a great decision on both. From the beginning Ben was great to work with, no pressure and gave us multiple bid options as our needs changed. Ben and Andy came to measure during the recent pandemic and took every precaution which was much appreciated, especially by my wife. Windows came in quickly and installation went off without a hitch. Installers were very professional, courteous and explained every detail along the way. Very well done!The windows themselves look great and the heat reduction is actually unbelievable. The front rooms used to get so hot due to facing directly west in the afternoon sun that it was really uncomfortable. Now, you can't hardly feel any heat. It is truly amazing.All in all, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend STL Windows and Doors if you are looking for great replacement windows and installation. In fact, I have already recommended to our neighbor and daughter!

If i could give more than five stars i would. My experience with STL Windows and Doors was very delightful. Both Ben and Andy were very professional at our meetings and totally understood how i wanted the end result of the installation to look. My emails were answered promptly and graciously. In addition, i cannot say enough about Tony, the installer. Not only was he very personal and experienced, he worked long and hard on the installation to insure it turned out perfectly. Even Chelsea was so pleasant on the phone and represents the company very professionally. Bottomline, I am totally and completely thrilled with my experience with STL Windows and Doors. Their expertise and customer service is second to none. By the way, i love my new glass windows and doors.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from STL Windows and Doors. It is a small family business and their attention to detail was evident throughout the process - they gave us a realistic time frame and their scheduling was accurate (not always the case these days with other contractors I have used). In addition, all of the work was done by family members as they do not use anyone else. The Provia windows compare favorably to Anderson and Pella windows that are on other parts of the house but the Provia is more affordable. We had 10 windows and a door installed. Five of the windows were in a round bump-out (our house was build around 1950). The custom outside trim work Tony did on this difficult area was extraordinary. I also felt comfortable letting them have access to my home when I was not present for a few days. I would highly recommend you talk to them before making a window/door decision.

Lombardozzi Construction did a fantastic job replacing our 9 leaky, ugly windows and also replaced a decrepit sliding patio door with a beautiful full-view exterior door with a side light! It only took them a day and a half too. We are very impressed with the whole process, from meeting with the sales rep to final inspection - couldn't ask for a more competent and friendly staff and high quality products. We would highly recommend Lombardozzi Construction and their products.

I highly recommend this company! They did a great job installing 8 windows on my back porch and it looks beautiful! I like that the sales guy really was straightforward and honest, wanting to make sure the windows were what I needed (no high pressure on higher cost windows). The installation was done perfectly and on schedule, great attention to detail. The installer even fixed some trim that was not part of the job. Check around, I had other quotes that were 50% higher and made me skeptical. I promise you won't be disappointed with these guys.

We just had a new patio door replaced by STL Windows and Doors by Lombardozzi Construction and are very pleased with the door and the installation. There was a slight problem with the manufacturer not sending the correct door setup for opening on the left instead of the right but the installer Tony was great to contact his boss and confirmed that the door was ordered correctly and then he proceeded in explaining how he was going to be able to at least correct the problem to be able to get our door installed still that very day. Tony did a fantastic job and we are enjoying our new door. Andy gave me a called the next day and said that the screen portion of our install would be in a couple of weeks once the correct ones come in. We could not ask for better service or response to the issues that were not caused by them. I definitely will use them again and would highly recommend this company to anyone. The product from ProVia is more than we have seen in any patio doors. Hoping to get a new front door and storm doors down the road.

I cannot write this positive review fast enough . We installed 5 new windows and three were new cuts through the wall. Everything was amazing . From the answering of the phone to the crew that showed up and finished within 2 days on schedule . They handled cleanup up after both days and left worksite immaculate . Best Part They dealt with the Local Inspectors and final inspection came one day later . Prices were very reasonable 5 windows under $800 each (remember this wasn't replacement windows This is new construction)

We first chose Lombardozzi Construction to replace the windows and patio doors at our house based on a referral by our son-in-law who was very familiar with their work. Lombardozzi guided us in picking the correct product and was very meticulous with the installation. They went above and beyond to make sure the fit was correct and did the little tweaks on the trim to make sure the finished job looked better than the original. The whole team was friendly and considerate of our property from the time they started to the clean up they did when completed.Last year we decided to replace our front entry door. Again, we were steered to a quality product and the installation went very well.

We were referred to Lombardozzi Construction through Home Advisor for our sliding glass door replacement. Our sales guy, Ben, was super knowledgeable and gave us some great advice to help us with our search. No pressure at any time, just clear expertise. Andy, Tony, and Hannah were all great through the process from measurement to installation. They are very thorough and I can't say enough about the quality of the product and the craftsmanship. We had a great experience working with them from start to finish and I highly recommend this team.

We wanted to replace our single-entry hall door and sidelights with a French double door. After checking many reviews about types, construction and styles of various doors, we then checked references and reviews of local companies. We had several come out to show us their products and leave us a quote. After speaking with Rob from StL Windows and Doors, we decided to work with them. Rob listened to what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. He very clearly explained what he suggested, answering all our questions including price, durability and warranty. We were able to pick out exactly the style and color we wanted. Rob did not try to upsell or push unnecessary options. We wound up ordering a Provio American Cherry simulated wood finish fiberglass French style double door. We separately ordered Emtek oil rubbed bronze finished locksets. Our installers, Hannah and Trey did a beautiful job installing the new door. Not only the door, but the trim work and caulking were perfect. Unfortunately, the lockset did not have some of the correct parts in it and Locks and Pulls, where we ordered the hardware, had to get us the correct items. Hannah installed a temporary lockset. When done they cleaned up everything and hauled the old stuff away. Smooth as silk. When the correct lockset parts came, Kim the StL Doors production manager, came out and installed it. Other than the locksets, which had nothing to do with StL Windows and Doors, the entire process was clean, quick and efficient. We couldn’t be happier and would not hesitate to recommend StL Windows and Doors. They exceeded our expectations. See the photos below. The single dark door was our original door.

I am so glad I chose this company. I got a fair bid day one, the job was complete when expected, and it surpassed my expectations. I was given solid no-nonsense advice when ordering and a quality product. The installer was professional, skilled and kind. I've never had a home improvement go so well. I had absolutely no clean up or hassles. I can see why this family is proud to be a local small business. I have been nothing but impressed with every step of the process.

I can not say enough good things about STL Windows and Doors. They recently replaced 33 windows and 2 half rounds in our home. It was a good experience from the time Ben visited and gave us a quote, to Andy measuring for the windows, and to the installation by Tony and Hannah (with an assist from Andy on the large double and half round). The job went smoothly. Everyone is professional, personal, and committed to doing their best job each day. Everyone involved is a team player.
We have only had the windows for two weeks, but I love them! They are quality windows and more affordable than other companies. I look forward to our home being more comfortable this winter! I could not have asked for a better experience. I would not hesitate to use them again if I need doors replaced. They are the best!

This company is amazing they have now changed out all of my windows on my house and just replaced all of my doors I am absolutely in love with everything they've done my house looks a 100 times better noe .The installers they have are Really talented at what they do and make sure everthing is perfect and they clean up their mess like they weren't even there ...they are one of a kind I can't speak highly enough about their company .I recommend them all the time to people my husband and I are a 100% satisfied every time.

They are all professional and do absolutely wonderful work. I had them install a new door, renovate the cedar deck and build a picket fence. I am more than pleased with the results. I will use them again!

Quality trusted work, they spent a week remodeling my basement and helping with other issues around the house they where vary flexible and kept a very clean work site , arriving on time and completed the work on time. I definitely would call them again for any other projects.

I'm SOOO excited!! Lombardozzi Const installed my new front door today and it's just BEAUTIFUL! Tony was the man that installed it and his attention to detail was simply AMAZING!! He even coded my key for me! Haha! After he was all done, he took all the trash and vacumed up every spec! He's awesome! I first talked to Matt and was very impressed....I have also talked to Andy and both were so kind and answered all my phone questions. Ben is their salesman and he made all this possible! God bless all of you!! This is a family company that really cares about you and their quality of work. That's hard to find in this day. An Amish community in PA built my door and it's beautiful and solid. They have a LOT of options but I wanted a plain door with no windows...I am THRILLED with my new door! Tony even made sure all the trim corners matched perfectly...this door was installed better than I could ever have imagined. I am so very happy with Lombardozzi Const 💖 Thank you and may God bless all of you!!
