ProVia Aeris Wood-Clad Patio Doors in St. Louis

ProVia Aeris wood-clad vinyl sliding patio door, isolated view
Real wood, low-maintenance exterior

Real wood doesn’t have to mean real upkeep. ProVia’s Aeris patio door brings a genuine Oak, Cherry, or Maple interior into your home, backed by a weather-resistant vinyl exterior that takes the brunt of St. Louis winters and summers so the wood grain you see every day never has to.

Each species comes with its own set of factory-applied stains, and the exterior paint can be matched to your siding or set apart from it. Aeris slides open as a 2-, 3-, or 4-panel door and still meets ENERGY STAR efficiency standards despite the extra material in the frame.

STL Windows and Doors installs Aeris doors across the St. Louis area as a ProVia Platinum Dealer, and we back every one with our own 10-year workmanship warranty on top of ProVia’s factory coverage.

Key Features

AERIS PATIO DOOR CONFIGURATIONS

Aeris sliding patio doors are available as 2-, 3- or 4-panel units, opening to the right, left, or center on 3- and 4-panel doors. Add a transom or sidelites for extra flourish.

AERIS FINISH OPTIONS

Aeris patio doors ship with a genuine Oak, Cherry, or Maple interior, hand-stained by ProVia’s craftsmen for a lasting, luxurious finish. The exterior can also be factory-painted in any of ProVia’s standard or trending paint colors, each professionally applied and warranted against flaking, checking, blistering, or peeling.

Screens and monitors are not color-calibrated the same way, so stain and paint colors may look slightly different on your device than on the actual door. Ask your STL Windows and Doors representative for a physical sample before finalizing a color.

AERIS HARDWARE STYLES

Aeris sliding patio doors come standard with Multi-Point Mortise Lock hardware, including an optional Schlage C Keyway that allows one key to work the whole house. Choose from Signature Hardware (with or without keylock), Modern Hardware with keylock, or Low Profile Hardware (non-keyed).

AERIS PATIO DOOR GLASS OPTIONS

Aeris pairs its wood-look interior with a few glass choices of its own: clear glass with grids, privacy glass, or internal blinds, so you can match the door to the room it opens onto.

AERIS PATIO DOOR SCREEN OPTIONS

Every Aeris patio door ships with a BetterVue fiberglass mesh screen, with three upgrade options if your household needs something tougher.

BetterVue® Screen Mesh

ProVia BetterVue fiberglass mesh screen roll

Standard on every Aeris door. Its water-shedding coating keeps rain and dust from clinging on, and the weave is open enough to let in more light and air than older screen styles.

  • Water-repellent coating that won’t wash off
  • Stays cleaner and lasts longer than older mesh
  • Open weave for more airflow and natural light
  • Meets GREENGUARD indoor air quality standards

Heavy Duty Screen Mesh

Roll of black heavy-duty vinyl-coated polyester screen mesh

Built from vinyl-coated polyester for doors that see constant use, this mesh resists tearing and punctures far better than standard fiberglass, with no change to how the screen installs.

SeeVue® Steel Mesh

Roll of black SeeVue steel screen mesh

Stainless steel wire takes the place of fiberglass here. It’s thin enough that the view through it is nearly unobstructed, and it holds up to years of wear better than standard mesh.

Aluminum Screen Mesh

Roll of black charcoal aluminum screen mesh

This charcoal-finished aluminum mesh cuts glare and resists fading, so the screen still looks sharp from the curb long after installation.
