His career started on the shop floor and grew through years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, operations, and team development. That foundation shaped his approach to leadership today. He stays connected to the work, supports the people doing it, and focuses on practical solutions that help the organization move forward.
Chris is known for his steady problem-solving style. He breaks down complex challenges into clear steps and helps teams stay focused on what truly matters. He takes pride in coaching others, strengthening processes, and creating an environment where people feel confident, capable, and supported. Building strong teams and developing future leaders are some of the aspects he values most.
His leadership philosophy is simple. Treat people with respect, hold yourself accountable, and never ask anyone to do something you would not do yourself. Chris works every day to help individuals grow, encourage collaboration, and build a culture where good ideas can come from anywhere.
When Chris is not helping develop people or improve operations, he is usually lending a hand wherever it is needed. There is always something to fix or refine, and he takes pride in being someone the team can count on.
When asked what his favorite part of working with STL Windows and Doors is, his response was:

In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and their two children, and he especially loves coaching his son’s trap shooting team.
