Window Contractor FAQ

Here are some frequently asked questions about us as window contractors.  If you have other questions, please get in touch with us!

The cost of installing a window depends on the type of window. The average a homeowner can expect to pay on average is from $100 to $400 per regular window installed. Labor rates fluctuate depending on inflation rates, product pricing, and availability.

Installing windows is very labor-intensive.  Most homes are unique, with different sizes windows and types of windows.  Increased inflation rates also mean higher manufacturing costs for window contractors. The best thing to do is request a free estimate to get a specific quote on what a window installation project would cost you.

The answer depends mainly on the experience of a handyman. Most can perform minor repairs and even patch up work on windows. We recommend that whatever window brand you invest in, you choose a window contractor certified by that manufacturer.
